Caroline Richardson is Learning and Development Director at OneWorkforce. Caroline is an experienced leader with operational and HR management experience having worked across a number of industries including retail and healthcare. Her passion lies in empowering those around her through coaching, training and mentoring to achieve their full potential.
Her operational management background means that Caroline has a good understanding of the requirements of providers from their commissioners, such as NHS England and Clinical Commissioning Group in addition to the regulatory requirements imposed by the Care Quality Commissions, Nursing and Midwifery Council and General Medical Council. In the last five years Caroline has led the successful TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)) process for in excess of 200 employees alongside managing a number of complex employee relation cases.
Caroline is an accredited ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Trainer (Advanced PTT certificate) and facilitates courses to new and established managers across the country with a fresh, energetic and enthusiastic approach.

We fully comply with applicable GDPR regulations while also working closely with our clients to meet contractual obligations for our services and products. As part of OneMedicalGroup, we benefit from the knowledge and expertise of an in house team of experienced business analysts and digital specialists, who help to support us in meeting our obligations in relation to data processing.
Our definition of data processing includes the collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of personal data.

- Access Rights
All employees receive an adequate level of training for handling personal data, specific to their job and role. During the annual training they are informed of the correct policies and procedures relation to data protection and information security. Accurate training records are maintained and monitored by the Group HR Manager.
We comply with the requirement for ‘clear affirmative action’ and an end to pre-ticked boxes and bundled consent. Communication with our clients is clear and explicit. Our clients are made aware that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Prior to the exchange of any personal data we ensure that our clients are clear as to how their data will be used. Clients are encouraged to read the information security section of our website where a full breakdown can be found detailing how we collate, store and protect data.
We are committed to providing our clients with greater rights including rights of erasure, protection against profiling and a right of data portability. Individuals can access their personal data held by OneWorkforce at any time.
We are fully prepared to demonstrate our compliance to regulators on an ongoing basis and take pride in maintaining accurate and detailed records. Our Information Asset Register provides a log of what personal information, and where, why, how and with whom we process it with.
