About us

OneWorkforce is a national training provider with over a decade of experience in delivering healthcare services in some of the country’s most challenging locations.

We know first-hand that having a highly skilled, confident and capable workforce is critical in a healthcare setting. That’s why we’ve worked hard to develop a range of training modules, workshops and sessions designed to meet today’s challenges head on.

We have a passion for empowering people to achieve their full potential through interactive and engaging training sessions. We have been delivering training to our own workforce, OneMedicalGroup, for the last ten years so we know that our teams learn best in a fun, interactive and engaging environment.

From mandatory training for the entire workforce, to leadership training for the experienced and established managers looking to develop their skills, we can tailor a session to meet your specific needs and challenges.

We’re called OneWorkforce for a very special reason. Our ethos is based on the idea of a unified approach: by working together as one team, colleagues, patients, the community and stakeholders can achieve the best outcomes.

Over the last ten years she has gained a wealth of experience in areas such as contract negotiations, redundancies, organisational restructures and change management.

Caroline is an accredited ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Trainer (Advanced PTT  certificate) and facilitates courses to new and established managers across the country with a fresh, energetic and enthusiastic approach. Working alongside the OneMedicalGroup Human Resources team, Caroline understands the operational challenges that healthcare providers face every day and has designed courses to help practices and providers to deliver efficient and effective services that meet patient and client need.

Caroline lives in Manchester with her fiance, two children and copious animals. When she’s not training she enjoys reading and jogging (not at the same time!) She is currently studying for her Level 7 CIPD qualification in her spare time.
