One Workforce is national provider of workforce solutions. Working in partnership with GP practices, federations and across localities we tailor our offering, from training and education, to workforce redesign and consultancy services.
We deliver mandatory and statutory training to health and social care organisations in an engaging and vibrant way. Using case studies, group activities and videos we make sure that your team won’t forget what they learn!
Our workforce redesign services start by using data and analytics to assess the needs of the patients and populations the workforce will be serving. We add our experience of delivering primary care and introduce innovative roles such as personal trainers, patient advisors and health coaches to help design a bespoke workforce solution for our clients.
