OneWorkforce is a national training provider with over a decade of experience in delivering healthcare services in some of the country’s most challenging locations.
We know first-hand that having a highly skilled, confident and capable workforce is critical in a healthcare setting. That’s why we’ve worked hard to develop a range of training modules, workshops and sessions designed to meet today’s challenges head on.
We have a passion for empowering people to achieve their full potential through interactive and engaging training sessions. We have been delivering training to our own workforce, OneMedicalGroup, for the last ten years so we know that our teams learn best in a fun, interactive and engaging environment.
From mandatory training for the entire workforce, to leadership training for the experienced and established managers looking to develop their skills, we can tailor a session to meet your specific needs and challenges.
We’re called OneWorkforce for a very special reason. Our ethos is based on the idea of a unified approach: by working together as one team, colleagues, patients, the community and stakeholders can achieve the best outcomes.
