With patient demand for appointments ever increasing maximising the attendance of our teams has never been more important. This module explores how to manage absence when it occurs including conducting home visits, return to work interviews and supporting colleagues with ongoing conditions. We discuss the relevant legislation and government support available to employers and look at the steps you can take to encourage a healthy workforce.
