Caroline is an experienced NHS leader with operational and HR management experience, having worked across a number of industries including retail and healthcare. Her passion lies in empowering those around her through coaching, training and mentoring to achieve their full potential.
Her operational management background means that Caroline has a good understanding of the requirements of providers from their commissioners, such as NHS England and Clinical Commissioning Group in addition to the regulatory requirements imposed by the Care Quality Commissions, Nursing and Midwifery Council and General Medical Council.
In the last five years Caroline has led the successful TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)) process for in excess of 250 employees alongside managing a number of complex employee relation cases.
Caroline is an accredited ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Trainer (Advanced PTT certificate) and facilitates courses to new and established managers across the country with a fresh, energetic and enthusiastic approach.
Nigel Gray is an NHS leader with significant experience as both a provider and commissioner of Health and Social Care. He is passionate about shaping future services and improving health outcomes for patients.
Nigel has an established reputation for successful delivery and for enabling innovative, practical solutions to complex. As ex-Accountable Officer for Leeds North CCG and latterly the Chief Officer at West Yorkshire and Harrogate Sustainability and Transformation Partnership Nigel is a credible, personable, and pragmatic leader with the energy and passion.
He is now actively working with Primary Care Networks in the North of England to support their development, shaping their forward planning, governance structures and service innovation.

Chelsea has diverse experience in a number of industries including healthcare, hospitality and leisure. In 2017 Chelsea won an international award for ‘Program Director of the Year’ for her work at Premier Martial Arts.
Her passion lies in making a positive difference to people’s lives. Chelsea is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive a gold standard service, from general enquiries through to coordinating events for our trainers and consultants. Chelsea assists with the facilitation of our larger workshops and engagement events, helping to keep sessions running smoothly.
