This module looks at how to plan for an effective performance review and provides you with techniques to deliver feedback, set objectives and tackle those challenging team members.
With the use of case studios, videos and scenarios we will walk through the performance cycle of an employee looking at how and when to review performance to help maximise engagement and productivity. This training session is great for new line managers who are looking for tips on how to approach reviewing the performance of their team, and for experienced managers who are looking for some refresh new ways in which to approach appraisals.
