OneWorkforce have developed a selection of courses aimed at meeting the challenges faced specifically across Primary Care and General Practice.

These training sessions and workshops have been  delivered across GP practices, Walk In Centres and Urgent Care Centres nationwide. Courses can be tailored to meet the needs of your service, for example to address and explore trends in complaints, incorporate your business standards in relation to customer service or use organisation specific policies and procedures to reinforce learning for delegates.
